What will the Payroll Manager role involve?
- Oversee all aspects of daily payroll operations for up to 1000 employees.
- Produce reports adhering to current legislation and anticipating future changes.
- Implement best practices to meet time-sensitive objectives, regularly reviewing and enhancing processes and controls.
- Ensure GDPR compliance for financial and non-financial data, maintaining security across payroll systems and employee records to meet internal and external standards.
- Offer assistance to the Operations team regarding payroll-related issues.
Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Manager vacancy:
- CIPP Qualification preferred.
- Experience with Sage Payroll.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience with zero-hour contracts and holiday pay is desirable.
