This client is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team, this role would suit someone who has experience having sole responsibility for all payroll responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
- Managing over 400 employees payroll including contractors
- Updating accurate payroll information to the internal systems
- Updating PAYE and HMRC notices
- Input of bonuses, commission and incentives
- Management of holiday entitlements, absence and sick pay
- Dealing with leavers including holiday due or owed and final pay
- Enrolling employees into pension scheme
- Set up new employees and contractors onto internal payroll systems
- Supporting the HR and Finance departments
Ideally you will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- Be able to work independently and juggle a busy work schedule
- Have high levels of confidentiality
- Be a team player
