Description
- Oversee all payroll procedures and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage the payroll team and provide them with guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure all employee data is accurate.
- Manage payroll tax reports, filings and audits.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency.
- Prepare reports for senior management, auditors and others as needed.
