We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager on behalf of our client Moneytree Payroll Services. We are looking for a professional in the administration field with previous experience in accountancy/ payroll administration, including right-to-work checks. The ideal candidate for the role of Payroll Manager would have excellent data entry and customer service skills and be able to ensure all agency workers' compliance documents are received and processed on time.

Payroll manager for Umbrella Payroll ServicesPart-time, 2 days a week from 9:00-17:00Working from an office in Langley (Slough, Berks) - please note this is not a remote positionPay
The pay for the Payroll Manager position ranges from 25- 30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:
Liaise with agency partners to ensure all compliance is in place for agency workers.Ensuring all payroll information is entered/administered correctly and accuratelySupport Payroll administration team.Processing of weekly payroll to ensure correct deductions are being levied on each payslip.Manage submissions into HMRC and Pension Providers.Annual audit and compliance requirements.Assessment of correct PAYE and National Insurance being levied on each payslip.P45/P46 information correctly input and disclosed.Answer queries from contractors by telephone and emailTimely and accurate data entryEnsuring weekly deadlines are met.Be a point of contact for agency partners, providing a high level of customer service.
Job Requirements:
Previous 2 years' experience as a Payroll Manager is essential.Relevant payroll qualifications.Experience working with different payroll systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.Excellent data entry and customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressure to ensure all reporting is managed and submitted in accordance with company policies.Ability to build relationships with both internal and external staff.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Excellent communication skills
