Possess a CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate or equivalent relevant (Level 3 or higher) qualification and have at least three years experience working within in a Payroll environment. OR,Can demonstrate a minimum of five years working within a Payroll environment.Demonstrate experience of;Processing of payroll using integrated payroll software systemsProviding advice on payroll issues and compliance with HMRC regulationTeam ManagementCan demonstrate, to be assessed at interview and test payroll skills through assessment:Excellent planning and organisational skillsAbility to work accurately under pressure of multiple deadlines Strong interpersonal and influencing skillsStrong team working ethos and teamExcellent attention to detailExperience of using MS applications including MS Excel, MS Word and MS OfficeRobust understanding of payroll legislative requirements IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency -AdvancedAs part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
