• Annual Salary: £25,600 - £29,700 (DOE)

• Job Type: Full-time, Monay to Friday 08.30 - 16.30

One the UK’s leading manufacturer in the Metal Industry, are looking for an experienced Administrator who wants to join the payroll team on a permanent basis.  This role is crucial to our administration function, offering the opportunity to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

• Process payroll under the guidance of the Senior Administrator, adhering to contract conditions and legal requirements, and maintaining all relevant payroll master files.
• Administer all pension issues related to payroll.
• Prepare and submit year-end payroll returns and P11(d) forms to HMRC.
• Monitor and maintain the Time and Attendance System, including the maintenance of sickness and absence records in liaison with immediate managers and the Occupational Health Nurse.
• Manage all travel arrangements for personnel, including flights, car hire, conference and accommodation bookings, both nationally and internationally.
• Support all visitor administration requirements.

• Strong numeracy skills with experience in processing payroll
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or business administration qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude to work.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Enthusiastic team player, self-motivated, capable of working unsupervised and meeting tight deadlines.
