About the Role:As our People Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role helping shape and deliver our people strategy across all our offices. You'll be joining a HR team, which recently achieved an impressive 96% engagement score. You'll have the opportunity to build on our existing culture of autonomy and flexibility. Working closely with the People Director and a supportive leadership team, you'll lead the implementation of our HRIS, while also spearheading projects like designing our culture book and engagement surveys, and impacting all aspects of the employee life-cycle both in the UK and internationally.

An experienced People Advisor, you thrive in an autonomous environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact on our organisation. With your approachable demeanour and trustworthy nature, you'll excel in working closely with key stakeholders across the business.
