PEOPLE RELATIONS PARTNER TEMP DAY RATE £450.00 to £500.00 per day Hybrid /West Hertfordshire location

As a People Relations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive employee experiences during critical moments. Your focus will be on finding solutions that align with both employee needs and the clients' interests. You'll proactively address challenges, allowing our people to concentrate on their core purpose: unlocking greatness. By coaching and training leaders, you'll facilitate early interventions and maintain a balanced, neutral perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trusted Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to build strong relationships.
- Employee Experience: Champion positive moments that matter to their employees, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.
- Proactive Solutions: Anticipate and address challenges, providing timely and effective support.
- Licence to Operate: Uphold the clients' reputation by navigating complex situations with integrity.
- Global Alignment: Work within our network approach, spanning APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAS, to ensure a consistent PR strategy and a unified mindset.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strategic mindset and ability to work across diverse geographies and divisions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager with the ability to coach and support a lovely team. You will be a hands-on manager who will support you with case load when required.
