Job Title: People Systems Manager
Location: York
Salary: between £38-45K
An excellent opportunity for a People Systems Specialist to join a well respected Yorkshire business.
Responsibilities:
* Managing one HR Administrator and reporting into Head of HRIS.
* Maintenance, data integrity, stabilisation and upgrade of the HR systems.
* Generating HR reports and delivery training sessions on the HR system to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate?
* Will have in-depth knowledge of HR processes.
* Previously held a similar position with responsibility for the development and maintenance of an HR System.
* Team Management experience an advantage.
