As a small but rapidly growing company providing cutting-edge Information Communications Technology (ICT) products and services (virtual desktops, market leading internet provision integrated VoIP systems, compatible computers, tablets and devices, CRM and ERP systems), we are looking for a candidate ready to contribute significantly to the business's growth and success. As an IT Programme & Systems Operations Manager you will be:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients.
- Managing and overseeing all technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Undertaking fault diagnosis and repairs on related hardware and software
- Implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and Systems.
- Reviewing the IT dashboard to prioritise urgency of issues and respond in a timely fashion.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all IT issues and their resolutions.
- Undertaking projects involving the development of existing products to enhance offerings to current and new clients.
- Communicating with clients by phone or email.
- Discussing 3rd line support approaches with the MD
- Undertaking occasional local site customer site visits
As an IT Programme & Systems Operations Manager you will have the following:

- Must be comfortable working in a small business where you can "roll up your sleeves" and support a busy MD.
- Experience in an IT related role involving managing heterogeneous networks.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 Administration
- Familiar with Apple MAC and Linux Operating Systems
- A good understanding of networking PC’s and printers
- Appreciation of data security principles
- An understanding and experience of maintaining Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of Email Systems such as Microsoft Exchange
- Experience of Hardware installation and configuration
- Experience of carrying out general administrative duties relating computer networks and IT infrastructure
