Job description
The post- holder will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the Theatre Management System (TMS) in the Western Health and Social Care Trust. They will be expected to liaise on a regular basis with the Regional System Manager who will have overall responsibility for the organisation and control of the TMS across all participating Trusts..
Responsibilities
- To function as the Lead System Administrator for the Theatre Management System (TMS) and work in partnership with both the Service/Assistant Service Manager.
- To provide specialist system support to ensure that the TMS is kept operational.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- University Degree/Professional qualification and two years experience at Band 3 or equivalent in a relevant environment (Hospital / Community system administration, IT, or Theatre department where candidates are supporting clinical information
- systems) OR Four years experience at Band 3 or equivalent in a relevant environment, Hospital / Community system administration, IT, or Theatre department where candidates are supporting clinical information systems
