Personal Assistant

Our Client is a smaller part of a large and well-known, non-commercial organisation. Working initially from offices near Waterloo but moving shortly to be based in Kingston on Thames, this position also offers the flexibility to work each Friday from home.

We are looking for an experienced PA who is charming and enjoys building a rapport with key stakeholders and colleagues. Interpersonal skills are key to this position as are all the usual expected skills such as diary, meeting and travel management. Candidates should have strong IT skills and be able to attend and take minutes of meetings when required.
