Join our dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role as a Personal Assistant!
Your responsibilities will include managing the Director's busy calendar, ensuring every appointment is seamlessly coordinated. Your knack for organisation will shine as you arrange functions, conferences, and meetings, leaving no detail overlooked. As a key member of our team, you'll coordinate and prepare agendas for executive meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are efficiently handled. Collaborating with other managers, you'll work with clerical support teams, ensuring smooth workflows.
Your attention to detail will also be essential in maintaining our efficient filing system, safeguarding vital records. Utilising financial and procurement systems, you'll act as a Local Purchasing Agent, processing invoices and reviewing accounts with precision. Lastly, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant who embodies excellence in organisation, with a proven track record of working alongside senior management. As a master of time management, you thrive in high pressure situations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Proficiency in MS Office tools is a must, enabling you to tackle challenges with precision. Your ability to take initiative and work autonomously sets you apart, making you an invaluable asset to our team.

Location: This role is based at The Quadrant:MK.
For roles based at The Quadrant:MK, you must live within 90 minutes.
Closing date: Thursday 28th March 2024 On occasions, we may need to close the advert early based upon application volumes. Late applications may not be accepted. Interviews will be held from the W/C Wednesday 17th April 2024. Depending on business requirements.
Band & Salary: Band 5 £30,000 – £38,951 (Depending on experience)
