Position Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include managing the founder's diary, providing administrative support to managers, facilitating effective communication within the team, and assisting with board pack preparation and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the founder's diary and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to managers, including handling correspondence and managing inboxes.
- Attend team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of board packs and liaise with non-executive members for board meetings.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the team and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in various administrative tasks to optimize their time and productivity.
- Demonstrate a genuine and approachable demeanor while representing the company in various interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a small to medium-sized company within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with calendar management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
