SalaryA very successful Investment Firm and Family Office are looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO.
It's a very varied role supporting a charismatic and approachable CEO across his personal (80%) and business (20%) life. You will be based out of beautiful offices, working within a small team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years of Private PA/EA support who is bright, flexible, approachable, and a true team player.
This is a 6 month maternity contract with scope to be extended.
Duties to include:
- Primary point of contact for the Principal and family
- Manage household staff – holidays, schedules, hiring, contracts
- Oversee/coordinate property related matters
- Negotiate and manage relationships with contractors
- Schedule meetings
- Holiday and travel arrangements
- Ad hoc personal support for wider family
Skills and Experience Required
- 3++ years Private PA/EA experience
- Intelligent, quick and able to anticipate and plan accordingly
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Responsible, reliable, conscientious
- Self starter with masses of initiative
- Positive, approachable and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Flexible, can-do attitude
