Personal Assistant in Law firm

- Salary c. £37,000-£45,000 per annum (depending upon experience & salary history)

You must have prior experience working within an administrative position in professional services.
The role of PA supporting x2 senior members of the team is key and an important one where you will be in regular contact with other senior people and stakeholders, clients in the UK and overseas, and the firm's internal teams.
As PA, you will collaborate with one of the senior team members on a day-to-day basis and the other on more of an ad hoc bases. For example, duties would include but not be limited to:
- Co-ordinating meetings in the UK and internationally with associated travel;
- Organising their busy diaries;
- Inbox management;
- Prioritising emails and calls for their attention;
- Dealing with ad-hoc requests;
- You will be responsible for organising and managing two key events in the firm's annual calendar;
- Occasionally organising some internal events and ad-hoc projects as directed.
Skills and attributes:
- Highly professional with demonstrable previous experience of providing PA support at Director or similar level in a professional services industry;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Some experience of organising and managing high profile and large events with an appreciation for venues in and around London an advantage;
- A collaborative, proactive and organised approach;
- Flexible, practical, and a calm problem-solver;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; financial services environment preferred;
- Excellent judgment handling confidential data in a discreet manner;
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail;
- Flexible, proactive and supportive;
- Strong problem-solving skills and “next-step” thinking with the ability to anticipate needs;
- Experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
- Team player and adaptable; willing to perform tasks necessary to achieve common goals.
- You must hold an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
The office is based near Temple and you would be expected to be in the office Monday-Friday. Hours 9am-6:30pm with occasional ad hoc out of hours work.
