What we offer
Employment type: Full Time - Monday to Friday 9-6pm
Salary: £28,000
Remote status: Hybrid remote. We are currently in London 3 days per week.
Interviews: 4 stages totalling around 2.5 hours. (Screening, Interview, Task, Final Interview)
Start date: ASAP.

Annual leave: 22 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shut down period (50% of holiday must be taken at the same time as the Creator due to the nature of the role)

‍ About Our Client

Our client is a super prominent creator in the Youtube space, dedicated to producing high-quality, engaging, and informative true crime and mystery episodes. They posses a combined audience across all platforms of over 3.5 million viewers and have worked with brands such as Disney+, Netflix, Cluedo, Casetify and more!

Where you come in

The Work
Personal Errands: Providing personal support as needed, such as managing personal appointments, errands, and other tasks to help alleviate the creator's workload.
Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties such as expense tracking and updating calendar. This might also include maintaining records, filing paperwork, and other organisational tasks.
Travel Arrangements: Planning and booking travel arrangements for shoots, events, and other engagements. This includes flights, accommodations, transportation, and any necessary visas or permits and itineraries
Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and logistics.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
