SalaryPerhaps the UK's leading Defendant Insurance practice, with a network of offices across the UK, has an exciting opportunity for an RTA Small Claims Paralegal to join the Defendant Motor department in Liverpool.
As an experienced Paralegal/Fee Earner, you will have responsibility for your own caseload of litigated Motor/RTA claims, including Small Claims, some Fast Track claims & MOJ files, which you'll handle from instruction through to completion on behalf of your insurer clients.
You will ideally come from a defendant background, although those with claimant experience are encouraged to apply and will be given equal consideration.
Your new role will see you working closely with the wider Defendant Motor team, and you'll be fully supported by Team Leaders and Heads of Department to progress and further your career.
As an experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal you will:
- Assess the liability of each claim
- Negotiate with clients and Third-Party Solicitors
- Have great time management and organisation
- Hit/meet your set performance targets and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct
