We are looking for a full time Personal Secretary to work for the Belfast Trust. In this role the following duties will be: Word processing, producing reports, dealing with general enquiries, creating PowerPoint presentations, maintaining diaries for the team and arranging appointments / meetings and data input. This role is a temporary full time role for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension. Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 9am-5pm , with an hourly rate of £11.67 per hour.
What we need from you:
- Candidates will need to have at least 1 years experience as a secretary or typist
- GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English at C grade or above
