Personal Secretary - Belfast - Full Time

About the role:
- Belfast
- Monday to Friday
- £25,000 per annum
- Temp until end of June (With possibility of extension)
Managing the Chief Executive Office your duties will include:
- Processing internal/external mail
- Improving work processes and systems within the office
- Management and coordination of the Chief Executive’s diary
- Organising meetings and workshops, prepare and distribute material and accurately capture and document output
- Receiving, prioritising, track and process paper correspondence and electronic communication for the Chief Executive and follow up action
- Answering and vetting incoming telephone calls and emails, and briefing the Chief Executive on correspondence and calls received which have been allocated for progress
- Making cost effective travel and accommodation arrangements for Chief Executive
Criteria:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, at grade C or above (to include Maths and English)
- A minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent
- A minimum of two years’ in a similar role providing senior secretarial services at Director / Chief Executive level.
- A high level of proficiency in the use of current IT packages, in particular Outlook/Microsoft Word/PowerPoint and Excel.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Standard AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
