The Role
We are looking for a Post Room Assistanton a casual basis to sort and process all incoming and out-going post and parcels. This role will also be the first point of contact at Highbury house and will be responsible greeting visitors and staff entering the office.

Your day-to-day
- Sorting post upon delivering in the morning; allocating post to relevant department's pigeon holes.
- Logging all post (first, second, international) on the Royal Mail online business account and preparing for collection.
- Registering and processing all incoming and out-going special, recorded and courier deliveries.
- Notifying staff members if they have special delivery items – recording signatures upon receipt.
- Providing Reception cover when required.
- Collecting and delivering items for both internal and external post from Highbury House, Chapman House, London Colney and Hale End.
- Helping deliveries reach their respective departments.
What we are looking for
- Experience Working within a busy office environment, ideally within the Post Room.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Flexible attitude to working hours and tasks.
- Good written and oral communications.
- Sound general administration and record keeping skills.
