Role Highlights:As a Patient Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey. This is not your typical desk job - it's a hands-on position with direct involvement in the day-to-day functioning of our hospital.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the patient journey from consultation to surgery
  • Achieve and exceed conversion rate KPIs
  • Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic
  • Lead in GDPR, Fire Marshall, and Health & Safety responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team
  • Be the friendly face and voice of Centre for Sight
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a smart appearance
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel to other sites
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a confident personality
  • Previous experience in telephone call handling
  • Effective organizational skills
