Role Highlights:As a Patient Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey. This is not your typical desk job - it's a hands-on position with direct involvement in the day-to-day functioning of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the patient journey from consultation to surgery
- Achieve and exceed conversion rate KPIs
- Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic
- Lead in GDPR, Fire Marshall, and Health & Safety responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and visitors
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team
- Be the friendly face and voice of Centre for Sight
Key Skills and Experience:- Office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a smart appearance
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel to other sites
- Strong problem-solving skills and a confident personality
- Previous experience in telephone call handling
- Effective organizational skills
