Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Office-based for the first 2-3 months, then flexible with 1 work-from-home day per week post-training

As a Pre-offer Case Manager in their proactive team, you will be the engine driving mortgage applications from submission by intermediaries to the formal offer stage. This role is tailor-made for those eager to dip their toes into the mortgage sector and grow their skills within a dynamic setting. You'll be working both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency to deliver outstanding results.
The Role
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients, acting as the first point of contact for all mortgage application queries.
* Communicating effectively with mortgage brokers, providing updates and resolving queries to smooth the path from application to offer.
* Collaborating with the underwriting team to ensure application requirements are met and updated accurately.
* Maintaining and updating case data diligently, managing processing queries, and overseeing the diary system to monitor applications meticulously.
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, actioning emails promptly to ensure every case progresses seamlessly.
