Responsibilities
• Provide a service that recognizes and respects individual needs• Enable individuals to make informed choices in treatment options• Support individuals in reaching their potential• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team• Utilize the Strengths Model approach to assist client recovery
Requirements
• NZ Registered Health Professional (i.e. Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist)• Current mental health experience• Genuine interest in working with adults navigating drug and alcohol issues• Experience helping people reach their potential
