Our Wimbledon sales team are looking to recruit a Prime Negotiator at Senior Negotiator or Associate level, to join our growing Wimbledon sales team to maintain and grow our strong market share in the Prime market. You will have 5+ years’ experience operating in the London sales market. In this Senior Negotiator / Associate Wimbledon Prime role you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
Business Generation & Fee Income
- Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets
- Find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties
- Understand the district and have a sound knowledge of contemporary property values together with a keen awareness of local competition
- Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard
- Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner
- Maintain a high profile in the community in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
- The experience, ability and enthusiasm to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business locally
- Dedicated sales professional with experience of a sales agency environment
- The ability to comprehend and make use of computers and information technology
- A willingness and flexibility to work loyally as part of a team
- Previous experience working in the Prime Central London or South West London area would be advantageous.
The role will be based in our Wimbledon office, but will involve close collaboration with the wider South West London offices. Full support will be provided by our high-performing operations team, and the role will report directly into our Head of Wimbledon Sales, Christopher Burton.
