SalaryOur client is a leading private markets advisory firm specializing in providing the full spectrum of advice from fundraising, secondary advisory, and M&A / financing solutions for GPs across Private Equity, infrastructure, and alternative credit.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading all interactions with GPs on primary capital raising whilst also supporting GPs with other liquidity advisory in the secondary market
- Managing a team of analysts and associates on the preparation of marketing materials such as pitchbooks, PPMs, DDQs, case studies, etc
- Coordinating all due diligence requests.
- Oversight of all analytics into clients deal portfolio, track record, team, and market opportunity
- Supporting and working with the sales team to gauge LP interest and advising clients on roadshow priorities
- Acting as the lead point of contact for GPs on allocated projects
- Leading all GP and LP calls
- Originating and screening potential new client fundraises
We are recruiting a VP or Director with experience in any of the following areas:
- Financial sponsors M&A
- Private capital markets / equity placement
- Private equity IR
- Secondary investments or advisory
- Co-investments
- ECM
Our client is a well-established, employee-owned organisation with a global presence. Due to the specialist nature of the role, we can accept candidate applications from outside of the UK.
