Private Sector Housing Officer

One of my Suffolk local authority clients is looking for a Private Sector Housing Officer / Environmental Health Officer on a 3-month rolling contract. You will be joining a friendly team and working in a rural district. 

What will you be doing:

• HMOs
• HHSRS
• Part 1 and Part 2 

Details:

• 3 month rolling
• Hybrid working arrangements (minimum 2 days on-site per week)
• Free on-site parking
• Up to £42 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time (37 hours per week) or Part-time (24 hours per week)
• Mid-July start

Requirements:

• HHSRS is essential
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
