The role
As the Dreadnought Programme Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll lead our mission critical, high profile and complex programme with change and transformational elements.
Day to day, you'll be providing leadership, guidance, and support to a large team prioritising to meet delivery commitments and financial goals. You will be the person responsible for interacting directly with the customer and ensuring their awareness and confidence in Babcock's delivery remains high.
This role is full time working thirty-seven hours per week and will be based on site at Ashton House in South Bristol, with hybrid working from home arrangements.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. Essential experience of the Dreadnought Programme Manager
- Have a strong level of Project and Programme Management knowledge
- Experience and track record in delivering complex engineering programmes from design through to manufacture with complex supply chains
Qualifications for the Dreadnought Programme Manager
- Degree or equivalent qualification / experience
- Holds a recognised project management qualification such as APM PMQ, ChPP or equivalent
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
