We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our client's small commercial team based in Redhill and would love to hear from you.
As Project Administrator your duties will include coordinating project logistics from initiation to completion, managing annual maintenance and servicing, contributing to project meetings and providing status updates, assisting the buying team with purchase orders and supplier communication, managing project documents like risk assessments and manuals, tracking tasks using project management tools, identifying and mitigating project risks, overseeing health and safety protocols.
Ideally you should have worked within construction or engineering and have experience as a Project Administrator or similar, with proficiency using project management software. Your Excel and computer skills should be strong and you should be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines on a number of different projects.
This is an extremely varied role which requires an independent thinking, proactive individual who is keen to learn while carrying out their duties.
You will be office based from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
