Our well established, global client based in Northampton are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team within their administrative function. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with excellent communication skills, prior experience within admin and customer service to join an extremely friendly team, within a progressive business.
Although Projects experience is not required, it is essential that applicants have prior experience in office based administrative, sales administrative or customer service roles with a proven track record in managing customer experience from its infancy to completion.
Initially, this role will be covering maternity leave, however, this is a permanent contract. Once the individual returns from maternity leave, the role may evolve to different duties, within the administrative team, however, this will be discussed with the post-holder.
Duties Included:
- Liaising with customers on a daily basis, delivering the highest standards of service at all times.
- Ordering of parts in line with customer requirements.
- Managing multiple engineer diaries, communicating effectively with both engineers and customers regarding diary availability.
- Ensuring the full installation process runs smoothly.
- Problem solving and using own initiative.
- Supporting the wider department with any administrative duties when required.
- Following-up on unresolved / incomplete projects.
- Complete reporting and invoicing via ERP systems.
The Candidate:
- Prior experience within a Projects lead role is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in an office-based customer service/administration function is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Adaptability with the willingness to learn.
- Prior experience with ERP systems would be desired but not essential.
- Ability to quickly build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
- Keen eye for detail
The Offer:
- Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
