Project Executive - Global Tech Brand

Handle Recruitment is seeking a candidate with experience across project management and reporting to join one of the world's best known Tech Brands!

*This is a one year temporary contract, paying up to £160 per day inside IR35 PAYE, three days a week in the London office*

This role will provide analytical support for performance measurement, causal impact, estimation, predictive modelling, and metric definition to drive operational efficiencies, engineering offsets, and better vendor performance.

As a Project Executive your responsibilities will include:

• Building various workflows in project management tools, mainly Airtable, based on briefs from AMP Production teams
• Creating various reports in reporting tools, mainly Tableau, based on briefs from AMP Productions teams
• Writing scripts to automate certain project management or reporting tasks
• Providing workflow solutions via Airtable or Tableau tools
• Mastering internal processes and identifying opportunities for improvements
• Developing dashboards, analyzing large data sets and presenting data related to video content, metadata curation reviews, and operational support.
• Closely partnering with the internal teams to define metrics, KPIs, and automation strategy while meeting the teams' data and reporting needs.
• Focusing on scale and efficiency - build and implement innovative data solutions and establish best practices with a start-to-end workflow in mind.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Project management and analytical experience
• Experience with using project management and reporting tools, such as Airtable and Tableau
• Knowledge of simple scripting for automation purposes
• Ideally education and/or experience in a related field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or Business Administration
• Passion for film, television, sports, fitness, or other video content is a plus
