This role will project manage a programme of transformation within the Financial Services business, looking at physical and online operating model implementation, driving partners across multiple areas and their activities to deliver the committed outcomes.
Please note this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you’lldo

Your key accountabilities will include

• Owning and delivering specific transformation projects within the Financial Services business
• Defining the project's objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities, both internally with M&S and externally with relevant partners. To ensure alignment of the project’s activities to overall programme plan
• To coordinate and drive partners and activities within the project to achieve on time and on cost delivery
• To manage project reporting and tracking and escalation of risks
• To own business readiness for the Project

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

• Positive and Self-motivated mind set who is a self-starter and ability to work independently
• Multi-site project management
• Highly organised with strong planning and project management skills
• Sophisticated partner engagement and influencing skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Financial Services experience is highly desirable
