Full-time, Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2024
Commencing salary £48,558 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting) plus £1,308 luncheon allowance (pro-rata for part-time)
The National Education Union is a force for change in the world of education, bringing together more than 450,000 teachers, lecturers, support staff and leaders working in maintained and independent schools and colleges across the UK.
As a member of the Core Membership System project, we are developing our requirements for a new CRM. You will be shaping the union's future use of technology and how it understands and connects with its members, including:
· Interview users of the current CRM
· Write detailed documentation
· Deliver workshops
· Analyse documentation to produce summaries and user stories
· Work with project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
· Identify and assess project risks and issues, and escalate where necessary
They will do this by assisting in preparing detailed business requirements for the union’s membership system, gathering and documenting business functional requirements, and contributing to the assessment of the membership system. Prospective applicants will need to have demonstrable experience of project management, working on complex computer systems, including a good understanding of data structures and processes in a membership system.
We are looking for applicants who have Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with a membership database/CRM computerised system.
In addition to salary, we offer good conditions including a non-superannuable luncheon allowance currently set at £1308, 33 days’ annual leave plus Christmas closure days and a defined benefit pension scheme. Salary and benefits are pro-rata for part-time applicants.
