Wakefield Council is a former winner of the prestigious national award of Large Employer of the Year for Apprenticeships, that showcased our excellent apprenticeship programme which continues to grow.  In 2023, we had a great result in that 94% of our apprentices gained employment!

Qualifications needed to apply:

4 x GCSEs grade 9-4 (formerly A*-C), or level 2 equivalent, including English Language and maths.
