We are partnered exclusively with a highly successful property management company based in Central London as they look to hire an Accounts Assistant to work within their established property finance team.
Our client specialises in managing high-end residential and commercial portfolios for a wide range of esteemed clients, and due to recent successes they are looking to hire a new Accounts Assistant to take on a variety of responsibilities.
They are offering a salary up to £30,000 per annum, as well as a wide range of competitive benefits including hybrid working, study support, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, a clear route for progression and more!
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day bank postings and reconciliations with each client bank accounts.
- Ensure monthly and quarterly demands were produced and sent out to each leaseholder (commercial and residential).
- Direct contact for clients and customers regarding payment queries.
- Working alongside Property Managers with a huge budget and dealing with service charge accounts.
- Helping with commercial and residential payment plans as well as helping to manage the arrears that accumulated.
- Assisted the team with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- AAT studying/qualified professional
- Prior experience within the property/real estate sector (preferred)
- Experience within Accounts Payable
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ambitious individual seeking a clear route for professional development
