SalaryProperty Management Accountant. OUR CLIENT is an established multi-asset property investment and development company who have expanded significantly over the last couple of years. As they continue to grow they are looking to recruit a Property Management Accountant.
THE ROLE responsibilities for the Property Management Accountant will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts for commercial portfolio which includes production of profit and loss, balance sheets etc…
- Producing financial statements.
- Preparing the annual budgets and approving the annual service charge budgets.
- Preparing weekly cash forecasts
- Ensuring intercompany balances are reconciled monthly.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly bank reports.
- Submitting VAT returns.
- Making sure all invoices have been paid and monies received.
- Ensuring debtor and creditor balances are reviewed monthly.
- Preparing audit schedules.
The person requirements for the Property Management Accountant are:
- ACCA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.
- Must have current or very recent property / real estate.
- Understanding and knowledge of general accounting practices.
- Good interpersonal skills & Demonstrable Initiative.
- Strong system knowledge and understanding proficient in MS Office.
