SalaryFlax & Co, a rapidly expanding business, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Lettings Agent/Administrator to become an integral part of our office team. We manage a diverse portfolio of student, professional, and family properties, providing a vibrant and varied work environment.
Location: Our office is conveniently located in Withington, serving the M14, M20, M21 areas of South Manchester. The ideal candidate will reside in close proximity to our Withington office for ease of commute.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct property viewings (A car and valid driving license are essential).
- Perform meter readings and property inspections.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants.
- Prepare tenancy paperwork and collect deposits.
- Arrange inventories and relevant certificates.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year)
Working Hours: 10am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday

- Ability to commute/relocate to Manchester M20 4BA.
- Valid Driving Licence.
