A role has become available for an experienced administrator, with a focus on liaising with Tenants and supporting the wider team.
Day to day management of a large property portfolio including:
- Managing the expectations of the tenant. Being able to confidently explain legislation and tenant obligations.
- Responding and handling tenant questions/queries during their tenancy
- Liaise with block management regarding any communal issues
- Managing communal email inbox’s
- Working alongside other members of the team and offering support where necessary (Training will be provided)
Preferred Skills/experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with clients both face to face and on the telephone
- Impeccable attention to detail
- IT literate; comfortable maintaining spread sheets and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word and Outlook
