Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Basic Salary: GBP25,000.00 to GBP30,000.00 Per Annum

Due to further growth plans, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their professional Office Team as an Purchasing Administrator on a Full Time Permanent basis.
Purchasing Administrator role:
- Handling telephone calls and emails, filing, preparing documentation, and providing administrative assistance to Contractors and Sales team.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Preparing technical information, quotations, and sales reports as directed by the sales team to the Purchasing Administrator
- Maintain filing system for office documents
- Create and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records
- Prepare and issue quotations and product information to clients
- Assist finance team and sales team in preparing project-related documents & reports
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Purchasing Administrator requirements:
- Proven experience as purchasing Administrator ideally within the Construction sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
