SalaryTitan Interior Solutions Ltd are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Demountable Partition Division within the company.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role will be:
- To oversee all commercial requirements of each contract
- To assist in pricing and tendering when required
- To price all variations and ensure that all opportunities to maximise profit are taken
- To ensure the timely submission of all relevant data required to monitor and analyse individual contract performance on a monthly and quarterly basis thereafter
- To ensure, in consultation with contracts management, that all necessary notices and submissions required by the various forms of contract are given in an expedient manner to protect the Group’s position in its trading activities
- To ensure the prompt and regular submission of contract payment applications and subsequent cash collection together with the preparation of sub-contractor payments (strictly in accordance with specified payment terms);
- Involvement in dispute avoidance/resolution;

The skills and experience required for the role are:
- QS Degree, HND or Construction related qualification.
- Great IT skills
- Experience of completing final accounts and resolving disputes etc.
- A sound and comprehensive understanding of the Construction Industry
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Good communication skills
