**Position: Quantity Surveyor**

**Location: Central London**

**Responsibilities:**

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects.

- Managing and negotiating subcontractor agreements.

- Evaluating and advising on contractual disputes.

- Collaborating with project managers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

- Monitoring project costs, progress, and variations.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.

- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in industry-standard software.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

Experience:

• surveying: 3 years (preferred)
