R2R Supervisor

This role will be managing a small team and be taking a lead R2R and fixed asset's team. You will also be expected to business partner with key internal stakeholders and look to drive best practice.

A large listed manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an R2R Supervisor to take a lead on the R2R and fixed Assets team in Manchester. The business has seen substantial growth over the last few years and is always on the look out for strong talent.

Description

• Maintenance of financial systems to ensure completeness of statutory and group reporting for region
• You will be responsible for the delivery of the R2R services
• Oversee Cost Centre
• Oversee the performance and clearance of all reconciliation accounts, approving recurring compliance within a robust control framework and take responsibility for internal/external audit deliverables
• Provide excellence service delivery and technical expertise to key stakeholder groups including market controllers, peer groups, and external bodies
• Provide supervision and development for a team of qualified/part qualified accountants
• Key contributor to the R2R management and SSC Extended Leadership Team to collectively deliver the finance vision
• Support key change initiatives and drive through continuous improvement.

Profile

• ACCA/CIMA qualfied or qualified by experience
• Experience within a Shared services environment will be beneficial
• Technical knowledge of IFRS
• R2R and fixed Assets experience will be advantageous
• Ability to maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
