The Role

• Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
• Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
• Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection

• A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

Trymview Hall care home is a brand new, state-of-the-art care home being built in Southmead, Bristol. Here, quality care will be delivered in luxury hotel-style surroundings. We will be opening its doors later in 2019, when our experienced team will provide full time nursing and residential care, short term respite care and specialist dementia care. At Trymview Hall, we will support residents to live life the way they want. We will get to know them well so that we can create care and lifestyle plans – even menus – that are tailored to their needs and tastes. Keeping busy is the best way to maintain independence and physical and mental wellbeing as we get older.
