Receptionist Starting Next Week.

Juice is delighted to be working with a well-known and prestigious client who requires an experienced Receptionist to join them on a temporary assignment.

You Will Be:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering and recording telephone/reception enquiries promptly and efficiently using Microsoft Teams
• Logging visitors records
• Providing refreshments to visitors when required
• Assisting with administration duties
• Distribution of post/paperwork
• Oversee cleaning standards

You Will Have:

• Experience working within a receptionist role in a professional services environment
• Experience in undertaking general admin duties i.e. scanning, filing, photocopying etc
• Experience in dealing with telephone-based enquiries and utilising a switchboard
• Excellent organisation capability with the ability to effectively prioritise
• Customer service focused

Be available to start week begining 6th May

Duration: 4 weeks with possible extension

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5

Location: Central Bristol
