As the first point of contact, you will not only organise their care but also inspire and guide them through their chiropractic journey. Activities range from organising clinic operations to supporting our chiropractic team, all while keeping focus, energy, and an eye for detail at the forefront.

Patient Services: Enhance the patient experience, ensuring the highest quality of interactions in-person and on the telephone, and efficiently managing feedback.
Clinic Organisation & Diary Management: Masterfully manage your time to ensure clinic operations run smoothly, overseeing financials and diary commitments.
Multi-Role Support: Be adaptable, providing support across various roles including phone shifts and participating in Willow events.

Comprehensive Induction and Training: No previous experience required in the healthcare setting as fully supported onboarding for 4-6 weeks. Continuous personal development plan will support you to grow within the team. By the end of the training you will be familiar with 2-3 clincis. You will have continiuos support.
Flexible Rotas: Predictable 4-week shift patterns issued a month in advance

Travel expenses are paid for if you are driving between clinics/events
Location:
Across our clinics in and around Bristol. You will be given set clinics to look after, this is following a thorough training ensuring you have gained all knowledge to start you on your Willow journey and build good rapport with your colleagues and customers.
Our clinics: Yate, Emersons Green, Filton, Clifton, Bedminster, Clevedon and Nailsea
