Contract - 42.25 hours a week Saturday through to Wednesday

We’re now looking for a Enthusiastic and Meticulous Administrator to join our busy Sales team at our Flagship Bristol store.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding level of service to all visitors while managing and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere throughout our reception and customer waiting areas.

About the role:

• You’ll be the start of our customers in-store experience, giving a warm and energetic welcome.
• Coordinating customers arrivals and directing them to our sales teams with a professional and informative service.
• You’ll be a great listener with fantastic verbal and written communication, interacting with customers via email, telephone, and face to face meetings.
• With responsibility for diary and booking management, helping to get the best out of the sales team by keeping track of who’s available to help.
• While also supporting with customer events and promotions and Ad-Hoc administrative duties where required

About you:

• A passion for teamwork, as you’ll be working towards both individual and team targets.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection, able to operate within company polices and GDPR.
• You’ll have great experience in customer service, with confidence and interpersonal skills gained through a background in sales, retail, or hospitality
• You’ll also need to be highly organised, and able to handle multiple competing priorities at one time
