Receptionist

Do you enjoy meeting and greeting visitors, customers and contractors and pride yourself on providing excellent front of house customer service?

We're looking for an organised and confident Receptionist to join our Waterbeach based client, on a 6 month fixed term contract.

In this busy and varied role, duties include:

• Ensuring customers, contractors and visitors are greeted along with appropriate security and health & safety procedures followed
• Answering incoming calls to the switchboard
• Providing administrative support
• Preparation of visitor and contractor badges
• Ordering stationery
• Booking of transport
• Point of contact for new starters
• Administration of fleet bookings
• Assisting with DBS checks
• Processing requests for organising of off site archiving

Previous front of house or reception experience is required, along with having high attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of SharePoint and any health & safety experience would be useful.
