This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Supporting with a launch party, being personable and able to organize.
- Order office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead new employee onboarding during their first weeks in the role, providing essential support and guidance.
- Coordinate office events and meetings to promote team collaboration and engagement.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office building and grounds, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with vendors to address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally and courteously, providing a positive first impression.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, facilitating efficient communication within the organization.
- Manage meeting room appointment scheduling and calendar to optimize the use of resources.
- Handle front desk telephone calls and emails efficiently, demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in facilities management or customer service is a plus.
