SalaryOur client is currently looking to recruit a full-time Hotel Receptionist for a beautiful hotel near Liphook.
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will ensure the smooth running of reception whilst welcoming hotel residents.

Some of the responsibilities in the role:
- To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome.
- To ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned.
- To maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- To always adhere to our Front of House customer care policy.
- To ensure that the correct operation of the main switchboard.
- To ensure that all reservations for accommodation and restaurants are dealt with in a professional manner.
- Preparing guest accounts accurately prior to departure.
The successful Receptionist must:
- Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Be able to work early and late shifts and weekends.
- Great interpersonal skills with excellent standards of spoken English.
- Be numerate and IT literate.
- Be able to work under pressure.
