Due to expansion, we are looking for a receptionist who wants to move forward in career. You will be required to:
- Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively
- Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Answering emails and telephone calls, responding to queries when necessary
- Experience of cash handling desirable
The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment ensuring the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Opera is desirable. This position is available on full-time and part-time basis.
